A recent amendment to our 2013 Department of Homeland Security Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Responders grant is providing additional opportunities for communicating the need of volunteer firefighting personnel. These notices seek Request for Proposals for 2 separate activities-conducting a fire service needs assessment in 16 specific countries and developing/implementing a marketing plan to enhance our Answer the Sound of Sirens campaign.
